Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

Wii fit to cost 90$ in usa and 69£ (~130$) in uk.

Wii-Fit

If you got a wii ,i dont think you can go wrong with this one.

While you can get fit better in the gym,i don’t think real gamers
even leave their house ;) hence go to the gym ,so the wii fit definitely
is more usefull for the geeks ,although everyone can still enjoy it.

Pre-order your copy to be in the safe side .

Who won’t like getting in shape in his living room ?

The Passion : A Must Watch Drama

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

Quick recommendation for this sacred period is the BBC new shows :The Passion.

 thepassion4.jpg

The show retelling the greatest story ever told (the last week in the life of  Jesus Christ known as the Passion ) in a very nice visual interpretation with great acting .

thepassion2.jpg

“It’s the start of Passover week. In the next few days thousands of pilgrims will pour into Jerusalem to celebrate the most important festival in their religious calendar. For their Roman masters, led by Pontius Pilate, it is the most difficult time of the year. For the High Priest Caiaphas and his Temple priests the workload will be heavy and the pressure to maintain civil order will be intense.

Then news is brought that Jesus the Galilean is approaching the city on a donkey’s colt, and will be entering Jerusalem through the East Gate – thus fulfilling two of the most powerful religious prophecies of the coming of the Messiah. The one who many believe will lead them to military victory or spiritual salvation.

On the streets a crowd is beginning to gather.

And the week has only just begun…”.

If you missed previous episodes and want to catch up , either check the bbc iplayer link for previous episodes you can watch online or the first 3 episodes will be repeated on Easter Sunday 23rd March beginning at 14:15 on BBC ONE.

Unfortunately the iplayer will work only for those in the UK so for the rest outside the UK:

“The series will be available on DVD at a later date. Bible Society is producing a pack of educational materials to accompany the series for use in schools, churches and adult education. It is legal to record the broadcast for your personal use, but it is illegal to use that copy for public display.”
