ATM Swallowed my Card

ATM Swallowed My Card and on a Saturday 

 Check high resolution here

ATM above Swallowed My Card last Saturday and i  snatched that shot while it showed the Computer been restarted.

The weird thing is my account still short of 250 quid but the atm gave me a receipt showing withdraw = 0.

 The bank say  it will take another 30 days to investigate .

    Exactly the same thing happened to me last night. There was nothing I could do at the time as the bank was closed, and as I went out clubbing all the way til 6am, I didn’t wake up til 2pm today (saturday) so bank is closed still. I work mon-fri and live nowhere near this ATM. Is it worth me cancelling my card and ordering a new one or will they send the card to me?

    hi
    well since the card was swallowed by the atm, there is no security risk i guess, but you have to call your own bank and let them know, so they can send you a new one.
